CP KIDS EARLY CHILDHOOD is our Sunday morning environment for little ones (Birth - Pre-K). In CP Kids Early Childhood, we utilize a curriculum that is created to make a difference in the next generation that will last a lifetime.

This curriculum combines child development theory and theology to create a comprehensive preschool ministry curriculum and strategy preparing kids to become not only resilient children, but lifelong followers of Jesus.

Our learning environment is vibrant and engaging for CenterPoint's youngest attenders. Each week, we further establish the following foundational truths as three Basic Truths that we hope every child embraces by the age of 5.

  • God Made Me
  • God Loves Me
  • Jesus wants to be my friend forever

Each Basic Truth is amplified by a Key Question, Bottom Line, and Memory Verse as the framework for each month. Through small group activities & relationships, dynamic large group teaching, and high-energy worship, we strive to be the best hour of your child's week.

God is introduced to kids as their powerful Creator, their loving Father, and Jesus as their everlasting friend. They are challenged to trust in what the Bible says and know that God sees them as special and is all-knowing and all-powerful. Here's what a typical morning looks like for each age group.

Each child is greeted at the Check-In Desk and signed in by their parent or an individual over 18. We have a thorough, secure process of checking in your children which takes a minute or two of your time, but insures that your child is safe and their experience is even better. If you have never attended CP KIDS before, you will be asked to fill out a registration card which will minimize the time it takes to check in your child in the future.

Check-out happens in the same location where your child is checked in. Though long lines may happen, please be patient as we take extra security precautions to ensure your child leaves our program with the right adult.

Step 1: Get up and go to church! We will do everything we can to make it worth the trip.

Step 2: Take your kids to CP KIDS and then attend the adult worship service.

Step 3: Follow through with your primary role as the spiritual leader in your child's life by taking advantage of the 'Parent Resources' we make available on Sunday mornings. Download the Parent Cue App, designed to allow the church and parents to partner with one voice, continuing the conversation that we start on Sunday throughout the entire week. We only have one hour a week with your child compared to up to 75 hours you have. Thus, we can only begin the conversation. If it's to be implemented and make a difference in your child's life, it's imperative that you take advantage of these resources.
